Damn this is a strange series - personally I dislike the Flintoff persona - to me he shows no respect to the opposition when he takes a wicker - carries on like a diva when he bowls number 11 :P, but without him England lose all confidence.
Seriously hope he is selected to play at the Oval if England win then well done and if we win then there will be no excuses.0 -

Its not like playing for your School. When I used to cartwheel people's off poles 20 feet behind them I certainly didnt immediately show them any respect, I would pretty much be laughing as I went passed you. When I finished celebrating my little victory I would applaud the batsman off and the new one in.
Actually, I was almost too embarrassed to celebrate my last wicket. Wide long hop, Batsman rocked back and I thought oh bugger, top edge back to the keeper. Ran smiling to him and declared that he was done by the bounce0 -

NOT Against celebrating but I find Flintoff boorish (as I do Lee) with the hands outspread look at me; FIGJAM. They perhaps should look embarrassed on the basis of the majority of their overs most of the time.
If either player lived up to their publicity they both would be on 500 plus wickets. Both are effective given the right conditions, both drop their bundle if conditions dont suit.0
