As for the 3/4 life should i buy anything question, HELL YEAH, go out n buy yourself a Lib Tech Snowboard and gloat at all the younger kids that can't afford one!!! haha

Haha I wish, they are all blokes boards so they are too wide for me to ride really. I would have quite liked a TRice or a skate banana damn it!

Hmm what to purchase, a new car perhaps....maybe I need one of those MR2s or TVRs haha. I would but it won't fit my bike or my board!!!!

As for going away with 5 couples, that is my idea of hell at the moment being terminally single! It's not that I don't get male attention.....I just cant make anything last more than a couple of months these days hmmmm

Get used to it, it will be like that from now until you die.

lies! there's a whole new load of people turning 20 as we speak. Unfortunately most of them are linguistically challenged, culturally confused or just plain thick.

friend of mine was like that from age 16 to 28. Now she's 29 and in her longest relationship ever. Don't give up, with the rate of divorce and failure these days, I predict by the time we're 40 most people will be single/seperated/too poisoned by the opposite sex to give a damn anymore.

Don't get me started on my track record with men, its horriffic.

I have had LTRs been in 4 that have lasted 2-31/2 years. I have lived with 3 men. But all my relationships have ended in disaster, one ended in me having all my belongings stolen, one in my psycho ex trying to KILL me...(I'm not joking about that was horrific), one racking up a debt of 3k in my name I only just managed to pay off and another making me give up the job I loved to go be with him as he was moving to the stated full time becasue of his work then dumpoing me once I'd goven eveythng up to be with him.....thats only a few, the list goes on!

The last year has been awful though......one man after another has messed with my head and broken me. Never date snowboarders.....particularly instructors is what I have learnt!

Providing you're learning and not making the same mistakes now and know what you're looking for in men and what to avoid in men then all that crap should make you a lot stronger as a person, which is all good in the long run. After 20 birthday's ending in zero's are always good for focusing the mind and where you're at. Time to kick on in a positive manner and fcuk up less.

yeah, I have a friend who had luck like that, the best of which was finding out her bf had left her when he emmigrated to new zealand... with his wife!

I take your point but find that as someone who wants a woman who is intelligent, accepting, not too judgemental or mental and wants someone who doesn't conform to all the class bs that's around, that it limits my possibles to between 2 and 3 people in the world

Pah, 30? I turn 40 next year! The 30s have been the best years of my life. Old enough to know better, young enough not to care.

As for relationships, the right one will come along when least expected. After a bunch of hideous relationships (including one marriage) during my 20s I met my current partner just before my 30th.

Haha the instructors were people I met in the UK, not on holiday so I didn't exactly bring it on myself. Both are still in my life and we are on good terms, although sometimes it is a little more complicated than that.

I am not mental or psychotic, I am not posessive, Ive always had my own life and like my own space and as such expect my partner to lead his own life also....I am happy knowing I am the one they come home to at night!

I basically want a non psycho, who lets me lead my own life as well as habing a b/f, that doesn't just want to use me for sex.....is that too much to ask??!!!

Think you went too far with the sex thing!!

  • I'm gonna be happy if I'm single forever in some ways, just so I can laugh at everyone on their 7th marriage or something when we're 60. I already know one girl who's 25 and engaged to be married for the 3rd time. How stupid is that

i agree with you on the marriage thing but then that's why i'm not married yet.

although that said you can't beat having a companion, someone who loves just because you're you and vice versa.

Lol, it started off as was divorced. Then admitted they were seperated... pending the divorce coming through. Then admitted they had not even filed for it as was too expensive... (she was a Yank)

Didn't have much look the time before that either - moved in with her, 4 months later she admitted she had fallen for one of our biker mates then two weeks after that moved in with him.
