it's going to be 5 hours getting this half sleeve done and frankly, I'm cakking it
    you fecking Wuss!
No numbing cream here! and its quite relaxing after a while, i was reading a book when he was doing mine.

I did 2 sittings with, 2 without, I just think if its available, use it, it means less little nervous flinches in the real delicate areas.

The other thing to take your mind off any pain that Gav my tattooist recommends, he had a ball that you could gently squeeze when it hurt

that was actually not too bad, 4/10 I'd say rising to a y as you get up towards the armpit. I was on a no emla day too, I know its cheating, but tattoo's hurt and they cost money, so the less flinching and the more that can be done, the better the outcome and cost

    what's emla?

I'm getting a half sleeve done in July and anything that lessens pain and flinching is desirable

I've been working on ideas for a half sleeve but am going to wait until after the summer before i have any colour work done, my tattooist told me to keep out of direct sunlight for the first 2-3 months as the sunlight drains the colour. As i found out on the back of my calf the red has faded and could do with a retouch but that one hurt like hell when moving towards the back of the knee as he was hitting groups of nerves.
What if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?

    + a bag of potatoes.

I've had about 13 hours done on my arm and didn't need numbing cream at all. In fact my tattoo artist won't work on you if you've used it as he doesn't like the results.

Here's a couple of mine. I don't have many of the inside of my bicep.

Ok, I REALLY don't want to meet the tatoo artist that would put up with you walking for 5 hours whilst he drew on you. That's just messed up
