  • ... as for the Bike Radar review !... wake up and smell the coffee chaps !,
thought it was absolutely spot on, personally. Doesn't matter what the reasons were, it was a poor show. Black and white montages, the Gladiator music and poor sixth-form standard poetry really aren't the making of a good programme..

Didn't see the show myself, was on a long rail journey at the time. No condescending questions from celebrity West Brom supporters this year, I hope!

Thats just the way tv is nowadays I'm afraid. Sometimes they overdo it but all in all I think they covered most things well enough. Oh, and our world champion orienteers didn't get a mention either. You can't report on every minority victory.

Not this time - thank goodness no-one actually fell off during the ride-around, or Chiles would have been straight over for a knee-inspection!
Making a cup of coffee is like making love to a beautiful woman. It's got to be hot. You've got to take your time. You've got to stir... gently and firmly. You've got to grind your beans until they squeak.
And then you put in the milk.
  • i think brad w remarks were a reaction to what was going on around him with all the over the top show biz, he has always fancied himself as a bit of a rock star and i found myself drawing parallels with the moment when Jarvis-Cocker jumped out in front of Micheal Jackson to bring the over dramatic back down to earth at Brit awards
