Yesterday (Monday) I rode for nearly 3 hours and the snorkel was useless, needed tanks. :)

It was all rideable and great fun, but very draining, a few times I just came to a complete halt with the tyre just spinning.

A few trees have come down due to the soggy conditions and some erosion is taking place because the ditches and drainage pipes are not well maintained.

Come hell or high water the ride continues on Saturday.

    smashed legs
what sort of riding do you want to do at danbury, ridden there quite alot over the years, love it there, but they are closing bits of the woods here and there. if you do go out on their ride can you track it and post it up for the rest of us?

I'm now calling my bike Rover for the amount of tail wagging that it's doing the last two rides. :)

Still it's drying out gradually at Thorndon so who's coming out for a ride Saturday meeting at the Kart Track car park 9am. :?:

Not sure, when the weather gets a little better? O rmaybe if there's a organised ride, doing the loop that i do only gets about 8 miles in and we end up playing on the bombhole runs and scaring myself silly! 29ers and big fast jumps dont mix too well LOL.

The difference in the trails from Thursday to Saturday was amazing, that wind has certainly dried the ground up.

That wind was pretty strong had a job keeping the stubble on me chin.

If it stays like this the Nobby Nics will go on.

I was driving home last week when i saw some very, very bright lights comming towards me then dart off down a path that leads behind tesco. Am very tempted to get some decent lights and give it a go
