  • thanks for all the info, i walked regularly round the woods, cliffs and byways whilst building strength up in back, so know most of the local area, but for a 6'2" 18st not in full fitness, dont wanna do sumert stoopid, but hey, i ride the local trial bike course every day, till i drown in my own sweat, so i'll be there soon enough!!!! cheers, see you all soon, i hope!
  • Lee is setting a grade one ride that shouldent be to hard if your intrested bolderz? And if you want to ride as far as you can with us then peel off and head home i am willing to leave the group and head off with you.
You never know you might find it well with in your range but if not the best way to find out is to turn up to a grade one ride.

    This go's for all riders
You will never be left on your own and if its all to much i will always ride back with you or even head back and get my car to pick you up.The worst thing is to over do it and scare yourself off biking for a day or two , build up slowly and soon 15 / 20 miles will seem easy.
  • This is all looking good.
Going to try and join you all next weekend.

15/20 miles no problem. Get a wee bit fatigued over 25 miles and postively knackered over 35 miles.
