Bit of advice please??

Hi guys!
I have been doing about 20-25 miles per week for a few months now, any advice on how i can make my training more intense, with extra long summer hols coming up would like to make the most of it!
Or..anybody got any links to a training programme?

Basically ride your bike more, someone was bound to say it so I thought I'd get in first! I do 200+ a week and I'm still not as fit as I'd like to be [xx(]
Any other tips as to things that can make it all easier (e.g. tyre pressures[?]).

2 x 15 mile cycle rides.
1 x 20 mile cycle ride.
Week 2:
2 x 20 mile cycle rides.
1 x 25 mile cycle ride.
Week 3 & 4:
2 x 25 mile cycle rides
1 x 25 mile cycle rides on steep gradient.
1 x 30 mile cycle ride (on the weekend).
Week 5 & 6:
2 x 25 mile cycle rides
1 x 25 mile cycle rides on steep gradient.
1 x 35 mile cycle ride (on the weekend).
At least 1 night at the Gym
Week 7 & 8:
2 x 30 mile cycle rides
1 x 30 mile cycle rides on steep gradient.
1 x 40 mile cycle ride (on the weekend).
Week 9 & 10:
2 x 35 mile cycle rides
1 x 35 mile cycle ride on steep gradient.
2 x 45 mile cycle ride on consecutive days.
Week 11:
3 x 15 mile cycle rides.
I use this in the 12 weeks leading up to an expedition.
I will have a bash of something similar to that throughout the summer [:D].

Just to let you know...the training is going well...did 20 miles today and got caught in THE rain shower of all rain showers!!...was soaked right through (didnt have a coat). Oh well its only a bit of water!!

On a more serious note, I met a guy from the Pembrokeshire velo club on Tuesday, is that the the only cycling club in your area?
past my bed time?...when i was cycling at about 4 o'clock?..hmmm
