If I were Missus Stevo I would ask/demand that a proper border between plants and lawn is established and that the lawn be ripped the shit out of (scarified) cut as short as possible, scarified again to create a nice seed bed, seeded, top dressed and watered until the new grass is established.

Mrs. 666 (aka Monty Donette), is working on the border. Was always going to be a bit messy for a while after we ripped out the massive holly hedges. Too much grass and too many dogs to make it a nice manicured garden tbh.

I’ve only done one ride on it yesterday of 18 miles and felt ok. Time and distance will tell. My preferred saddle type which was a Sella Italia model appear to have been discontinued.

Nope, no access from the back, all private gardens - anything has to come up through the garden. Already got Yhe Cave at the front though, so don't really need anything else.
