Seems a bit early to be up...going to give the hounds some much needed exercise this morning, then going on a bike ride with a mate this afternoon to burn off a few of yesterday's calories.

Off for a cycle with the missus shortly. Let’s see if she can get up the hill in Richmond park. After the last few days of indulgence, I’m not sure I can. I’ve either got some kind of chest congestion or I’ve been having a mild heart attack for the past two days.

Afternoon
Early start was had as daughter, son in law, grandson and dogs set off back to Wiltshire at 5:00 this morning. Then back to bed for a few hours and slow start. However the sun was shining and the wind wasn’t 30 mph plus, so I went for a ride. 63 miles later feeling well boxed as I’ve not done a long ride this month.
Now it’s catch up on the cross time.
