Meant to be doing my first race in the way to joining MF as an elite rider today

Recognition at last Matthew, well done!, a justified honour

Laters.
Will watch a re-run of the TDU
Moist down here as well. I don’t envy Spinner as 44 is a bit warm but I wouldn’t mind a nice happy medium.
Off to get my eyes tested today and then might go for a bite to eat.
Marin Nail Trail
Cotic Solaris
There are benefits to red wine, and dark chocolate etc etc
*for the cardiovascular system
Done loads of jobs including stocking up on drink for my convalescence next week. Sounds like MOTD will be worth a watch tonight

Hard to find. They usually charge too much and spout nonsense. I reckon SG could provide the service cheap and cheerfully.

Surprisingly good especially for an impulse buy and only £6.49. It's always a lottery at that price.
What can I say? It's rich, sweet but slightly dry. It will do nicely.
I find I get a little dehydrated with red SG and i'm planning a pedal tomorrow morning. Besides, not really having the vino with the pizza.
Pizza was home made.
Homemade pizza dough as well? Mrs H3 is going through a breadmaking phase at the moment, which is most appreciated.
Walk done early. Now listening to inane drivel on the radio. Country cricket reports. Bring me coffee or there may be violence soon.
Thought £5.75 had been established as the benchmark where wine is no longer regarded as cheap.
Very, very nice bottle of Portuguese red was consumed.

Home made dough.
If Mrs H³ can make bread by hand, then she can make pizza dough. Want a recipe?
So, the jump from the £6 bottle to the £10 to £12 bottle is where the biggest quality to price jump is. But it's all about your budget, and what you are willing to spend.
