They have to have ? riders finishing

    Five.

    Thanks.

What are the other rules? (there must be more than two)

First 5 riders get the 5th rider's time.

6,7,8,9 get the time they individually cross the line.

Millar really just fading away in his last year. This should be his territory .

Lotto on screen off the ramp, and across the line, only. Disgrace.

Garmin. Not very good chaps. +35s.

Froome. Taking it day by day, definitely not a candidate this year, although his shape is excellent. Disaster.

    Rigo. Supercool.

    Cannondale winning.

I think it's another example of how utterly committed these guys have to be. Nobody can dial it in. When the mind wanders, you're toast on this sport it seems.

Yes, but they can only wear a World champ logo on their jerseys and not stripes.

I'm not sure why Martin was playing down Moviestar's chances. They are a solid team. Great performance.

I didn't see it coming because it didn't happen.

Ah did it have to be Movistar with Señor Hairplugs in the team?

Movistar win by 6s. All 9 of them. Don't think Quintana needs a head start.

Crazy that Cannondale are 2nd - really well done. Didn't expect Movistar to win but chapeau. Malori is a beast. Made up 11 secs in the last 6km. Tinkoff much better than expected. FDJ and Katusha weak.

Technical course, short, but Movistar committed hard with two GC contenders to risk.

Here's to a good few weeks hopefully.

Yep, he's especially good at these prologue type distances. He beat Martin, Wiggo, Cancellara and Dumoulin in Tirreno-Adriatico over 9km.
