Cycling in Florida

The area just west of Orlando called Lake County has a bunch of good rides especially by Florida standards. I been there several times and found Clermont a good base camp. Here's the best source for maps and rides in the area

Sugarloaf Mountain, although only several hundred feet high is the highest point on the peninsula and it's next to Clermont.
