Cycling in Florida

I'm going to Florida at the end of March; a week in Orlando and then a week in Sarasota. I'll have acouple of hours each morning before the rest of the family get up. Can anyone suggest where would be good/bad to cycle please.
Any advice would be much appreciated - thank you.

The area just west of Orlando called Lake County has a bunch of good rides especially by Florida standards. I been there several times and found Clermont a good base camp. Here's the best source for maps and rides in the area

Sugarloaf Mountain, although only several hundred feet high is the highest point on the peninsula and it's next to Clermont.
