Recently moved to Southampton, are there any clubs or groups for regular road rides in the area.

You could try Fareham Wheeler. I ride with them on some Sundays and have just started TT this year. It may be a bit far out for you but they do have a lot of info on there sight.

Hi this is my first post so hope it works!

The two groups I know of are Sotonia and the New Forest cycling club.
I dont have first hand experience of either but Sotonia's website makes the club seem quite friendly Including both fast and slow group clubruns.

    Enjoy the riding.

Hi 22-48 - I am race sec of a Southampton club. When I'm not racing I do a ride that runs every Saturday. It is a fast 50 mile ride around the New Forest averages around 22mph (including stops) leaves Happy Cheese pub in Ashurst at 9.30 about 20 mins from Southampton city centre. Our club runs a ride from the same place, same time, same distance on Sundays but different route. Go to DHCyclesport in Southampton for more info.
