Is this big scary thing avoidable? I fall off the 2inch high 1m*2m wooden bridges at Delamere. Really. Wooden structures just make me go to pieces. I'm scared of our garden shed.

If I can do it, so can you! I was one of the people that couldn't do the "small step" earlier in the run. But I can ride that section- not fast and with the wheels firmly planted, granted. But I can do it.

I'd say yes - but I'm not sure what the "Wrexham" lass would say, she already thinks I spend too much time on this forum.

God only know's what she'd do if I told her 1/2 a dozen hairy MTB'ers were staying over!!

CL is nice and muddy, been round tonight, it's getting very churned up on the latter stages.

There's some added obstacles I noticed tonight..........sheep!!, just before the high bit of North Shore 3 sheep decide to jump onto the Trail right in front of me and run along the Trail...Thought they were going over the North Shore at first [:D] but they chickened out [;)]

Also rode those damn logs for the first time tonight [8D] , I normally do the detour but looked a little too muddy tonight so just went for it, still don't like them though.
