Paul 'the ox' did 4hrs 43mins for the 62 miler Jack, said it was a bit of a killer. I'll be up for another visit to Mackem land as well.

My knees!! It wasn't to bad to be honest, and I still had plenty in the tank when I finished, so I kind of wish I'd tried a bit harder. The Ryals were a bit of a pain at about the 45mile mark, but next time I think I'd wind it on a bit after that.

I'm down to just the SS at the moment, as the 456 has no forks, and the roadie is in my dad's garage. Thinking of going to see Nathan tomorrow, if he's at work, he said he's send my bladder back as warranty for me, might also have a look at EBC and Evans at the stumpys just in case I want one. You kicking about the town centre any time tomorrow?
