What used to be my Slopestyle type bike. Nearer the end of its life it had longer Goodridges and a hollow starnut for barspins and 8/8 disks. I'm not claiming i could actually do Slopestyle but I could do a fair few tricks.

I consider my mini-link a slopestyle type of bike. I wouldn't say 7" travel is too much, it's more about how flickable the bike rides than the amount of travel.
though for the record, I don't ride 'slopestyle'. Though I do think it is a better style description than 'freeride' was.
