I think you're all getting on his nerves by saying his bike isn't worth the upgrade[:D]
There would be more point, however, if he was more interested in knowing the right spring, the right bushes, if a 190mm eye to eye shock will fit a frame designed to have a 195mm one and if the stroke is indeed 50mm... It's quite pointless to make strange upgrades if you don't know what you need to know to do it right. It's better to buy a hardtail frame than to spend money on a random shock, even if it's not as "flashy".
diamondback are not dead, think seriously about what you're doing, and if you really wanna do it, do it right, otherwise it's not worth doing it.

WD-40? GT-85?? I'd rather use the old AK-47!

I dont really understand how you manage a big restaurant and still want to upgrade that frame because you are on a budget.

THESE aren't bad for the money . . . and free bushes. But only if you can stretch another œ20?

Number 2: Listen to *Alex* he does actually know what he's talking
about.

Number 3: Stop using excuses. Firstly you mentioned you mentioned university being expensive, then you said that your woman was too expensive and keeps using your money.

Number 4: You have no idea what your babbling on about. Those particular shocks are turd. Cheap shocks are generally wank. If you want a good shock, be prepared to spend about œ300.

Number 5: We are only trying to advise you in the right way.

I don't feel like trying to explain myself this morning but I just want to say a polished turd is still a turd.

If you are on such a budget then why waste money on a crappy shock for a (sorry) crappy frame.
