8 - People that follow fashion too closely. There is this one guy in my sixthform who always talks with a snear in his monotone voice proudly wearing stuff that came out the day before as if it makes him better....Vs me in primark and TKmaxx..
9 - when you plan to go out and it rains
10 - when you plan on revising but come on the forum instead, then spend hours on youtube watching videos that wouldnt normaly interest you, then going through minesweeper and space pinball.
