Under no circumstances should you try to pierce your eyes either.
Eyebrows, maybe, but not the actual eyes.

(someone once told me they were off to town to get their eyes pierced)

My mate bit straight, all the way through his tongue the other week playing football. Much to our hilarity[}:)]

Heard of people doing their own ears, but not so sure about their tongue...
You'd probably end up with someone with a sharp object in your mouth anyways, be it a Piercing Person or A Doctor.

Absolute no go IMO.
Even thinking about it makes my tongue feel very strange[xx(]

the only thing good about tongue peircings are that they make corr blimey head mediocre, and good head ace.
they do, however, wreck your teeth, fall out all the time, tear, look corr blimeye when you 60.
i want you to do it just for the crack it would be pure banter! post pics though ya walloper!

on self peircing, i watched one of my lassie mates getting her ear peirced with a safety pin and it going tits up. i then proceded to teach her a lesson of the mental trauma i went through watching her scream and all the blood by peircing my forearm twice with a kirby grip........

......she got me back by shouting "thats disgusting!" and tearing it out, through the skin. i wasnt happy to say the least.
