    i think what people are confusing for brakejack is just the fact that as an unlocked wheel will travel over bumps better than a locked one(which would just bounce to escape friction with ground) then any sort of rear braking will reduce efficiency for wheel to track over bumps.i do not mean in anyway brake jack
