assuming your not going to send it back now, take the o-ring off and file the head down until it fits. re fit o-ring and ride off into the sunset.

i never bought the bike as stock from any given shop, i bought the parts and built it myself so no i can't take it back to the shop i bought it from

right got it sorted. just been on the phone to crc, basically the problem is that the pads come with the pins for the new version of the mono6 as opposed to the older one. So a word of warning to anyone running the old type, if you are replacing your pads, keep hold of the old pins and clips that go with them.

To be fair to crc they are keeping their usual standards though as they are sending me the pins i need and the clips free of charge which is pretty cool of them :-). I am happy again now.
