I'm confused, even though the practice weather is dry, should I change my setup to wet, because the race weather is wet?

Once you have your practice time sorted, i would switch to wet tyres then save. (i think) don't take my word for it.

Get your optimum time for practice in the dry, save it, go to engineers advice, take a note of his rough wet weather changes, amend dry settings to suit.

Yeah, and don't forget to switch to wet tyres in Race Strategy...

I think everyone get's 6 practice runs unless it's your home race, then you get more.
