You have all the options at the top of the page. Garage and whatnot.
To begin with, all yo can do is go to garage and then Car setup. You then fiddle around with various car settings trying to get the quickest time around the track.
Also, under the office title you will see team and driver chat. This enables you to leave messages on a message board for team members and any other forumite who may be on.
When the series (MBUK1) has enough players, the season will start, enabling us to qualify and then race.

Practice races can only be done before the race starts i think.
You can play with the cars set up for now though.

No, it needs a certain number of players to "go".
I have no idea how many that is though. I'm guessing 2 per team.

There are enough people in the game for the season to start, I don't think the teams need to be full, but join mine because it is the best and there is a space (Red Bull).

I think it sends you an e-mail when the game continues, perhaps a race every day or every other day or something. If you set your car up and settings for the race then it will do it all automatically I'd have thought.

No idea if you can change teams, maybe try quitting the game and rejoining or something.
