I did a one hander for the first time ever yesterday, although it wa a pitiful effort in comparison to yours Sam, I basically loosened my grip so I was no longer holding the bar, then grabbed it again. Not much, but it's a start!

I can half do them, I always forget to bring the bike straight again and land on the sides of the tyres.

Yeah i know what to do, its just once im in the air i don't do it! lol I can do them pretty much flat on a trampoline bike so i know what it feels like to do them but its just getting them done of a bike! lol will have them dialled one day!

I'm learining tables still, I dont use enough legs and hips. I managed a nice reverse down-table the other day at some little 4 pack. I'll have a pic when my mate sends it to me.

You have to bend your legs round the frame and push the bike up using your inside foot and hands. Then try to get the bars straight down your arm. It's just practise i supose. I use to be able to do no tricks but just in the last few months i'v learnt:
one handers
Whips
X-up
X-up one footer
No-footer
Seatgrab
Framegrab
3star
Tubogan
whip one hander
layover
no hander (landed ONE suicide)
tiny nothings...hehehe

Want to learnt tables though, would just love to be able to do them!

Can't get both hands off the bar. Just a mental thing. i can 1-hand suicide, no-foot seatgrab, a pitiful on hander, frame grab, no-footer, tabletop all onmy bighit.

See no offense but in my mind frame grabs and seat grabs aren't tricks, they're just really really gash one hander variations.

I just want to do flowly tricks. I want to learn x-ups then preferably x-up to x-down, no handers (only suicide style though), tabletops/opposite tabletops and turndowns/unturndowns. Then I'd be a happy chappy.

I'm not at all a fan of limb tricks unless they're pretty stylish.

Yeah i know what you mean about the grabs, they do feel rather shabby! lol
I also think crankflips are rather impressive! Been trying them for a while now aswell. X-up's are easy Sam, just get use to turning your bars as far as you can whilst riding along, just lift the front end and turn the bars as far as you can. Keep doing it then go to a good sized jump and just keep practising them, thats what i did and i learnt them within an hour. I don't do them a sertain way though...i just turn the bars which ever way i start to turn, lol! Although i think i should have a side to turn the bars to. hmm ah well - its my birthday tomoro[:D]!

I can do x-up manuals and stalls, just haven't tried over the jumps. Tried first one today then forgot. I need to learn them, Domboy can do a lovely clicked x-up, the fiend...

The only grab trick that is good is a seat grap, but only when it's combined with a superman.
