No... Maybe a points system like put up all the photos and you can vote for like 3? Christ knows, the logisitics are a bit mental, it's just in some situations in vs you get two good riders vs each other and two crappy riders vs each other. You see what I'm saying?

Basically, I'm trying to justify my failure, oh the humanity [:(]

If I did champions league style it would be like this:

To start you'd be drawn into groups of groups of 4 (4 groups for 16, 8 for 32). If there are seeded entrants then they will go into different groups. In the group stage you will play against each other once, so you'll play 3 matches against each other, lasting about 6 weeks (1 week per match for getting a picture, 1 week for voting). If you win your match you get 3 points, a draw 1 point, lose none. In the unlikely event of 2 people in the same group having the same amunt of points then the total amount of votes will be added, and the highest will be top.

Once all the group matches have been played then you go to the knockout stages, top 2 from each group go through, and will be split. People the finished top of their group will play someone that finished 2nd, and from there it's a straight knockout competition.
