Are those times local or UK?

Don't forget the clocks go forward tonight. I mean obv your phones will do it automatically, just factor in that it's an hour earlier in body-clock times.

    Yup

The main thing to know is that Eurosport’s coverage opens up at 8-30am and that’s now BST.

For Rick it’s 15 minutes earlier for Sporza and their pre race chat.

I hope that everyone has their session Belgian beers sorted!

Dropped my former GCN+ Disco sub...with my cheap VPN , Sporza working well, once you have mastered the slightly weird way they stream on VRT MAX.

Seeing the team presentation in this way .... enormously improved over Eurosport chitchat.

MvdP has FOUR spare bikes on the team cars - two on each. So just the 5 bikes

Placid weather forecast. No rain until a couple of hours after the race has finished.

I could do with out Kirby, this early in the morning…….well anytime really.

The early break - have around 30". A few teams that didn't make it are still trying to get someone across but the front is being heavily policed

That was from Mads himself, on Friday. He's apparently down to 200g of swelling now

Mohoric badly positioned in the kwaremont and caught up in a small crash.

JA already in the back end of the peloton.

Race doesn’t seem very fast atm

Definitely want to send your 2nd tier chances up the road in the next hour or so. Get ahead of the favourites action.

It’s been an incredibly uneventful edition, so far.

Crash with a spectator and spectator looks in bad shape.

    I jinxed it.

    She looked knocked out.

Commentators suggesting riders suggesting it was spectator error.

You're off the hook, Rolf Sørensen was the jinx, he literally said there'd been no bad luck (crashes, mechanicals) less than a minute before
