They killed the veins on the inside of my elbows with too much chemo, but the blood just finds other routes. So I always tell the vampires to use the veins in my forearm lower down. Every now and then you get one that thinks they know better and they stab me a few times to no avail before giving up and doing what i told them to. That irritates me.

Yeah, one of the nurses at the local medical centre who was telling me how she was a cancer nurse and used to do bloods day in day out admitted defeat and stuck the needle in my forearm a couple of inches above my wrist to get a sample - after having having a couple of goes in each arm higher up.
