Cleat mount on shoe
One of the sunken bolt mounts within the sole of one of my carbon soled shoes has come loose. I believe this is more common than it should be, on some shoes, and I also believe there are a couple of effective "bodges" that one can use to fix it?
The shoes are quite new, I could send them back, I think. But to be honest I think I've played my part by maybe tightening them too much, I can't be sure, so the way forward is the "bodge".
Anyone?

I know, lol, well remembered. I suppose £40 down the drain is better than the £180 that they were originally priced at!
But if I can do something with them I might get a few rides out of them and at least get some moneys worth from them.0
