Modern training and nutrition

Lance Armstrong at his peak was able to produce 7W/kg with the best doping program money could buy.
Yet here we are in 2023, where we have Jonas who is pushing 7W/kg week after week at high temperatures and high altitude without any signs of getting tired. Jonas would have no problem competing in the golden era of doping and potentially beat Lance Armstrong.
Jonas could probably beat Pantani too, especially considering that Pantani was not very good in the ITT.
Does anyone have insight into the training and nutrition Jumbo-Visma does, to produce the same if not more W/kg than the most legendary dopers of all time? I tried to find some information so that I can incorporate it into my own training plans, but I didn't find much details.

Maybe replicate his training then.0

I have it on good authority that it's the right mix of chocolate bars, hot cross buns and Zwift sessions. I'm replicating that but can't quite have the proportions right as I'm nowhere near 7w/kg. An extra 30 years might be denting that performance though.1

You need to introduce a gallon of beer per day. Get with it.1

Good quality fish-based diet when you're in your early 20s should do it.0

Not beer and frites for carbs then? The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
No need to make an excuse for the little amount of brain cells that you have. There is no shame of not being able to read. You’re just stupid.webboo said:
