Zwift setup ~ Apple TV?

Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere ad nauseum.
I've been using Zwift with my Wahoo Kickr and macbook but want to increase screen size and experience without paying the earth.
My plan is to get Apple TV and a modest, 43 inch smart TV to pair it with. This will go in a room with workable WiFi (60mbps).
Am I right that Zwift will run direct on the Apple TV device thus removing the need to lug my laptop out to the pain cave?
Any advice appreciated

Your assumptions are correct. Works just how you’d expect it to.
One disclaimer. You only get 2 BT connections so whatever your Kickr gives you +1, say HR.The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.1 -

When you're shopping for the TV get one that has different viewing modes. Running Zwift via the latest 4K Apple TV on a TV that has a theatre or director mode looks luxurious. It doesn't improve resolution, but the actual colours look way better!0

I've been using for a few years, flawless. Using a 32inch 15 year old TV. The last update meant I can't use the apple remote to control the TV though.
I don't mind the remote that everyone seems to hate as well.0 -
