    So Rubio was fined for trying to put Healy into the crowd on Sunday, but mystified by the deduction of UCI points rather than KoM points

    I don't think I'll be able to watch much of this today, hopefully an hour with lunch, and then this evening is my daughters cycling coaching session, so maybe able to squeeze in another hour before bed - I'll be back on later to ask what kilometre-age I should be watching from :-)
