Hi all
After the thrill of the Ardennes and memories of another spring on the cobbles start to fade, it’s time for the stage racers to come out to play and build form for the upcoming Grand Tour season.
The Tour de Romandie begins tomorrow (Tuesday 25 April and will run through to Sunday 30 April)
You can find the current startlist here: https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/tour-de-romandie/2023/gc/startlist
Looks like it should be good fun. We’ve got some GC riders and a lot of exciting young racers. Both Yates’ are riding against each other alongside Bardet, Mäder, Carapaz, Carlos Rodriguez, Lutsenko and more
You can have a look at the stage routes and profiles here:
https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/tour-de-romandie/2023/gc/stages/all-stage-profiles
Looks like the race begins with a pan-flat prologue tomorrow
If you’d like a bit more detailed information direct from the organisers including the local landmarks and delicacies then you can go to the official website here:
https://www.tourderomandie.ch/en/course/stage/
Usual PTP rules will be applied. I’m pretty busy right now but hope to be able to update every night as the race goes along

Totally missed this one, and not seen prologue results, but hoping I can still go for GC and remaining stages?
If so, I'm going to go out on a limb and go for Bernal for GC.
