Vitamin B12 deficiency

Hi all. I have been diagnosed with a vitamin b12 deficiency. Anyone here in the same boat and what steps have you taken to try and reduce the effect on your cycling. I have had 6 injections of b12 in 2 weeks and get a top up injection every 3 months. Advice much appreciated!!

I put yeast flakes on most of my meals. High in B vitamins and, like parmesan, make most things taste good (to me).
I think its also more complex than meat = B Vitamins as a lot has to do with how your body absorbs the vitamins you consume. For example, I think Vitamin B deficiency is very high in meat-loving America.0 -
I've read research recently suggesting that all over 50s should consider B12 supplementation.
If you take too much, it just goes up against the wall.================================
