Frosty brr and clear skies means I shall wear my entire stock of winter clothing and cycle down the road like the Michelin man.

    WFH today because I wanted a lie in and I can't be bothered scraping the car or dealing with people who don't.

    However I've been awake since 3:30 and next door's mutt has only just stopped crying after they went out at 5:30 so I don't think it will be as productive today as I hoped.

    Got some mince pies though.

    Suppose it's helpful to inform people who never look or go outside.

    Couldn't be bothered running this morning, far too cold for that so stayed in bed for a bit longer.
    Admin stuff to wade through today, maybe a mince pie hunt at lunch.

    A balmy -3C on the car thermometer at 7 this morning, but just to be safe I went full Southern Softie with the bike kit. No ice but still managed a good back wheel slide when some dozy n0b crossed the road in front of me without looking.

    Powering though the morning with coffee and pork pie.

    We went to the beach just beyond the salt pans there. Loads of greenish olivina crystals in the black rocks. Mini was very excited, being a big fan of crystals and rocks.

    Afternoon folks,
    Busy day in the orifice, Thursday is drive the EPO to work day so I was in the car. Would have wobbled otherwise in a Pinno style Mr Bibendum impression. Took the big car to enjoy the heated windscreen, the side window surface area I had to scrape negated the benefit and I should have taken the Panda. Saw some lunatic cycling through Richmond Park in shorts, his knees will be more phucked than all the MFs' put together. Got to go and see my sister tonight to have a chat about the old dear, this means another pub visit but in Wombledon this time.

    If you go posh all inc you have your own restaurant, bar, pools, apartments, gym etc so you don't have to mix with the food heaping beer for breakfast football shirt wearing sun burnt screaming brats arguing plebs.

    I remember diving off their a few times - one time popped up for 3m safety stop, looked up and some bloke was swimming above me, which is fine, but this was off a nudist beach, so all i got was an eye full of todger fish

    yes that's on the western end of playa blanca, i ride past it sometimes

    but i just stay in a villa, 100% private, no risk of screaming brats etc., own pool, bags of space and peaceful

    yes that's on the western end of playa blanca, i ride past it sometimes

    but i just stay in a villa, 100% private, no risk of screaming brats etc., own pool, bags of space and peaceful
    Villa sounds lush and tbh its the way we'd normally go, but you know sometimes when you just want a break and to do nothing at all and just be fed lush food and watered with lush wine?

    they also give you a top floor apartment so you can sit on the terrace looking down at the plebs, don your old kepi you've snuck into a suitcase and pretend you're in Fort Zindernerf.

    Throwing bottles/plates/furniture/tv/sinks down at them occasionally also htlps bond plebian/posh all inc relations we found.

    Surely there should be a Lanzarote branch of sungod towers, the amount of time you spend there?

    I pushed for Mrs B³ to put a deposit on an apartment in Andalucia instead of Exmoor, but was overruled.
