Anno Domini and all that means I can't read the screen on my cateye very well anymore. Can see the road ahead fine but when looking down the info is too tiny now. Any suggestions for models with large readouts for things like HR, speed, cadence etc. Thanks

Lezyne Mega XL.================
2020 Voodoo Marasa
2017 Cube Attain GTC Pro Disc 2016

Or a second hand Edge1000 - plenty of them on eBay, about £80 gets a good one. Still a very capable device too.0

Is the Cateye just a bike computer or GPS as well? Most modern GPS units allow you to configure the data screens which means you can increase the text size by using fewer fields. I think the Lezyne gives you plenty of screen area but not necessarily huge graphics.0

Thanks all, I'll check them out. No GPS needed as I have ridden these roads for long enough to do it blind fold, erm, that defeats the purpose probably.....0

If you want something with a very large screen. Could look at getting a smartphone like this for £70. https://www.thebigphonestore.co.uk/products/products/products/products/products/products/huawei-p-smart-z-2019-64gb-midnight-black-unlocked-pristine-dual-sim?awc=20521_1659011449_7b52e82d41f581a06d14f12b20477eeb
Then use the Wahoo app and quad lock mount or similar.0 -

I was having increasing trouble seeing both my bike computer and watch as I got older and my eyes got worse. These bifocal magnifying/reader glasses were a game changer for me.
