I thought he was moved from being a witness to being under investigation.

There have been no findings against him and no further investigation, so he's available to ride again.

Astana's press release was far more caged than that, referencing his contractual rights to ride and the possibility of re-suspension if anything new turned up

    Yeah

Spanish doctor, works in academia, has been involved in the Portuguese cycling scene previously. Hasn't ever been charged with anything though.

Aha, links to the Portugese scene. Enough said.
  • That looks like being that for him I reckon.

    Who would take him on?

Had a quick Google and whilst it's a different drug to the one Connor Benn's sample tested positive for it seems to have a very similar medical use.

I'm sure he does - I'd be gobsmacked if that happens though.

To think a few people were recently bemoaning him not riding for a WT team.

Flashback in time, but that didn't age well. 😉
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Bit confused on what the violation is ....but clearly everyone in the WT weren't ever going to touch him with a barge pole ...which is a good sign of where we are culturally.

I still find the idea vino is a manager on the WT calender ridiculous... But there you go
