Good day with the Friday workgroup down by The River planting more trees. 700+ in today. Trounced the minimal number planted by the Thursday group, pah. Mince pies and Quality Street as well.
Pic from late (well mid actually) afternoon, fading light comes early the now. The Forest is taking shape. In 25 years time people will wonder who planted this wonderland?

So the wife dragged me out to the local Persian (D)Rug store and we came back with two drugs. Good job my eyes are still fuzzy so I can’t see the price tags!!

Apparently it was a good deal as it was 50% off non-sale rugs. I’m failing to see (literally) the upside.
