Heat patch recommendation please

Can anyone recommend any of these (to apply heat to an injury). I bought a cheap one off the 'bay and it basically melted in the microwave before it was even properly hot....

And I mean a reusable one, rather than something throw away.

TIA

Bought an electric heat pad from Amazon recently £24. Several heat settings but always had it on max. You can set how long it stay on and has auto shut off. Doesn’t get baking hot but seems pretty decent.

I have always used a wheat bag (available on Amazon). Warm up in the microwave and more or less reusable for as long as it lasts. They do get very hot if you zap it for too long so be careful

Obviously if want something to use while riding then the info above is absolutely useless. :D

Thanks both. Don't worry it's not a device to keep me warm on the bike! I've ordered a wheat bag, lets see how it goes.

Fine! Order a wheat bag then! I’m not bothered.
