    Peyresourde in 58:36 @ average 3.04 W/kg.
Easier power z3 effort (2.5 w/kg?) planned to finish tomorrow but in the afternoon.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

I’d like to have a proper dig at the Alpe, trying to do it in an hour, but legs are patchy at the moment… they’ve been overworked for the past couple of weeks… we’ll see

My PB is 1:09:41 which was a paced effort and I've improved since then.
Tempting to go for the hour but CBA. Hogmanay* is a long day/night too. 😉

  • 59.22… would have been quicker if it didn’t route you up the upper part of the sky resort for no reason… I think the climb was 55 minutes something

...and done. A slow 1:19:15 @ 2.83 w/kg average. Liking the average of 139 BPM too.
Most impressive is the total calorie offset of 9647. I don't care if it not accurate, it takes some energy for an 82 kgs rider to go up these climbs. 😃

Well done all. Ugo, you'll have to give it a snappy title and design a Strava badge for it. Call it something like 'Eighters gonna eight'. You can then try to make sure the chosen cols (other names are available) adds up to 8000m climbing.

In terribly unfashionable style, I did the Festive 500. 508km, all outside. :)

Well done, it was very mild, but crap until the last few days… I wouldn’t have enjoyed it…

Yes, really tiresome to be honest. I guess once you’ve done it the distance challenge isn’t really there, so it becomes a bit of a slog.
