    Hounds, WFH thankfully with catering support, rebuilt singlespeed (aka triggers broom) has returned so will take that out later.

    Forecast was not terrible so cycled in again. Drizzled for most of the way which made for some exciting corners.
    Currently on the office floor looking at the ceiling trying to stretch hamstrings.

    It's a 25 min 10. Do able with traffic draughting/hanging on to the number 13 bus and a tail wind.
    45 min 25. Not do able.

    No, I am not curled up in front of the fire Seano.
    I have a few things to sort and then i'm going to go pedal.
    None of this up with the larks in the dark, on glass, in heavy, traffic or communting stuff.

    They got rid of the hot food in Sainsbury’s phew 😥 but now they’ve replaced it with a charcuterie stand! How am I supposed to get more aero with all this Saucisson in my face!

    I watched his first attempt at Zwift yesterday on YouTube, he was 30th out of a bunch of nobody’s!

    Ride with a bit of unexpected sunshine.

    86 miles, 2490m of climbing, wind speed 63 m/s, 1hr 53 mins.
    Quite disappointed at that effort really.

    knocked over a 1 litre bottle of acetone, much sploshed out, had to evacuate for a while

    Been in work, now sat in a Costa waiting for the right time to get the bus up to the hospital. Work has been very understanding. Expect the worst and hope for the best I think!!

    In other news, Pinno’s bike ride sounds like an amble on a Sunday afternoon. Need to get that average speed up, laddie.
