Got to be honest Adam, there's not much point in throwing to you now mate...

    Hit the showers.

He's offering nothing. Should be pulled for his own safety. The safety of broadcasters should be the organiser's main priority.

Good section for WVA to try to close the gap.

MvdP doing the lion's share, Van Aert in a bigger group with a teammate to lead him forwards, for now. Who else in his group will chase?

    Vermeersch really impressive.
  • What a shame the weather is now drying out the course before the push on the really technical sectors.

MVDP group catches van Avermaet group and has around 50" on WVA group.

VdP group joins Van Avermaet group with van Aert 45 secs back.
Becomes even more of a challenge for that (now the expanded 2nd) group to be reeled in.
  • Lampaert suffers a second mechanical which will probably end his challenge.

  • Does mvdp have a teammate? Philpssen?

WvA suffering from favourititus in group 3.

This is the the MvdP show
  • Some of the stills from this race will be stunning

Starting to remind me of Remco and Colbrelli at the Euros. MvDP pulling like a maniac.

GVA's tail gunning finally ends in a big chute.

Moscon and two others out front, remanants of an early 31 man break. Second group are the other remainders of the break plus a few that crossed (Colbrelli and MVDP who bridged solo). WVA in group 3.

Moscon is a better bike handler than I'd realised.
