    The girls have gone up to Liverpool to take some stuff up to Stropteens student digs and get it shipshape apparently. Dogs are getting getting farmed out to the walkers/sitters for the day so I can get stuff done.

    That's wonderful (in it's own, unique way). I sorted a shed like that. It only took 3 weeks.

    Dig the shed Seano, looks like a smaller version of the electrical stores I'm currently ripping apart and trying to reorganise. What joy. Evening XC ride with mates later.

    Just heard the sellers accepted our offer on the house we saw on Tuesday. Didn't expect that as we thought there'd be a bidding war but looks like we had the edge because we've already got a buyer lined up and ready to exchange. Off we go again...

    I'm sure they were very polite but just threatening enough to make them accept. They could have asked for a bigger discount though, this is going to hurt...

    Better luck this time round @Stevo_666 !

    Another week of medical taxi duty, Monday and Wednesday for OH to 2 different specialists, Tuesday to GP and tomorrow to Physio for me, and today was Mum to a doctor. That makes just on 500km of driving around just for the privilege of handing over wads of money to people. Other Half managed to get himself scammed online and resulted in a locked credit card or two, so I'm funding his stuff as well this week..

    Still trying to decide on a new (ok, used but... ) car. My financial advisor was surprisingly supportive of such frivolous expenditure, tells me I should go ahead. Might wait till I actually get my motorcycle back and can sell it to have some extra spare cash. Might not.

    Booked in for a Needle In The Neck Experience next week.

    Evening folks,
    Busy day of wfw, much stupid to deal with as usual. Almost had a Basil Fawlty moment due to complete exasperation. Managed to bite my tongue whilst counting to 10. Nice wobble home, there was a bright light and the sky was a strange blue colour.
    Good news about the house Stevo, hope it works out.

    Its the nosey gits I'm bothered about.

    Here's a few pics - apparently the wife has a wedding event business and she keeps all the gear in her house which is why it looks a bit like a bloody fairy grotto. That will all go, but the potential deal breaker is that ferkin sign in the bathroom :)

    All that clutter will be gone and when it's empty before you move in (hopefully), we'll get a better set of pics?
    Plenty pf room for 2 people to knock around in it. So much, you could avoid each other for weeks :)

    What area is it in?

    You ought to buy a long rope and a stake and make it a permanent fixture.
    Probably well trodden routes so you'll be able to get a mobility scooter up there.

    I'm pretty sure you could fit a bike rack to this:
