Morning, Misty start no doubt the sun will be out later, leisurely dog walk earlier, riding soon, hedges to cut if it’s not boiling
    Have a good day

Will be heading out in it in a bit to drop bambino at his club thang so may pull a handbrake turn or two. Deffo a wheelspin off the lights outside Edwyns if Margaret the brave is there with her squeegee.

TDV couldn't work out how to start it just now which considering she is far, far, far more cleverer than me was oddly satisfying.

I had to explain that as thoroughbred racing car you have to hold the start button down for 3 seconds. You just can't look at it and expect it to act on mental impulses. She called me a fat head idiot in return, which I'm taking as code for "I love you, you big hunk of love".

My do-nothing-coz-not-allowed day (but will be pootling out to nearby village pub this evening) so day of sunbathing and not much else. Due to collect some kosher hoggy food from pal, they haven't had any visitors this year, while I've clocked different piggies rootling around on 3 consecutive evenings, getting towards dusk but not fully dark. This ^. the/my VFPD* tends to add some bashing if something doesn't work. If there is a weakness, she'll find it.
It's a good job i'm good at fixing things.

*Very forward planning department - trust me, she is. If there was Armageddon, we would be the family sitting in the smoking rubble eating tinned food and she would be the one wondering why the local Dairy wasn't built strong enough to survive it, 'cos if it had been, she might be able to have her morning cereal/coffee etc and somehow by some inexplicable reason, it would all be my fault.

Last day of heat wave so they say. I shall be looking for some patches on the Tyne to go swimming.
However, girls need school shoes so the VFPD...

I have a reciprocating saw and a face shield (no splatters).

Feels a tad cooler today so far which is nice having basically not slept so maybe a snooze later?
Had a text to tell me to book part two of my 5G upgrade, I tried surgery/vaccination centre is closed due to a Covid alert, feeling thats a bit ironic.

Managed to drop an break and then loose my Oakleys so todays job is to find some new prescription insert friendly sunglasses, faff as ever.

The bad eye today is fine, no aftereffects, job well done young lady doctor.
When does this end? Xxxx knows, though I can see one final solution, a way off I trust.

That's what Mrs. 666 does. If someone can point to the mortally offensive bits I posted in the Tuesday thread that will help...
