Boa loop snapped

Hi
Tightening my Specialized Audax shoes this morning and the wire loop snapped .
I have botched a knot to get me away , does any one if you can replace the wire only if so how and where can I get one ?
Or do I need the whole Boa thing.?

I wrote to [email protected] with a picture of my broken dial, asking what model it was and how much for a replacement. They sent me two complete units free as they were guaranteed for life
