Boa loop snapped

Hi
Tightening my Specialized Audax shoes this morning and the wire loop snapped .
I have botched a knot to get me away , does any one if you can replace the wire only if so how and where can I get one ?
Or do I need the whole Boa thing.?

The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.

other sources are available but this is the first one that popped up when I googled Boa lace parts.

I wrote to info@boatechnology.com with a picture of my broken dial, asking what model it was and how much for a replacement. They sent me two complete units free as they were guaranteed for life0
