Did use it for abit. TBH only thing that seemed to change was the colour of my pee, rather worryingly it turns red. Didn't know that till a visit to the quacks. Seemed better taking vitamin D supplement and fresh orange juice.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

I regularly have cartons of beetroot juice. Tastes like it’s doing good but haven’t noticed any benefits. Pink pee and possible change of stool colour to be expected.

Last season I tried one of the concentrated bottles before the races, power numbers were the same as in training, so no effect.

The claim is a 2% improvement, which is hard to measure anyway.

Think you’re meant to take them prior to any event too…but yeah, not noticed much difference a few years back when I tried. If you’re a serious racer then you might benefit?
