    Morning. More building type stuff and basking and possibly a pedal later. Looking like another sunny day again.
    Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

    Lots of pineapple enjoyed yesterday as I stupidly agreed to do a few days of the juicing diet. Wife feels full and slept well, I’m starving, slept badly and struggled to hit any decent numbers on this mornings run. This is not for me

    Morning all.

    Much the same as yesterday, planned for today. Currently sat in bed with a coffee - kind of over getting up anything like early for WFH…

    @elbowloh I hope you and Mrs Elbow are doing okay. What rotten luck.

    Massive, tasty and toasty hot breakfast in the old coaching inn place I'm staying in rest of this week. Need time to recover and digest before hitting the tracks, fire roads and disused railway line loop through the wilderness. Did a wee recon yesterday on the way here, looks luvverly terrain.

    Guess whose new wheels have shipped and are due to have a failed delivery today?

    But there is fruit with the cals required;

    That'll keep you regular too.

    Dull here again. Must get grass cut before ensuing rain.

    I guess it's one cafe stop per volcano for SG.

    @elbowloh : Get a bucket - they can't see your bottom half.

    Sounds like you're having a 5h1t time as well as Elbow...

    Rode into town, thankfully didn't need a dump en route but solved that with a couple of cups of coffee in the office.

    Just sold one of my mountain bikes on Fleabay - any top tips for a good courier company to ship it?

    Morning folks,
    A delightful day of wfh and dealing with idiots remotely. At least this meant a more leisurely start and more tea. Not much else going on, I dropped the kids off at the pool earlier, it wasn't whilst running or in a teams meeting thankfully. I suspect nobody needed to know that.
    TLW, a juice diet is a ridiculous idea for you. What's the point of all this long distance running and riding if you can't eat whatever the hell you want to? Just start wearing a hair shirt and have done with it.

    Morning all,
    Bike ride cancelled due to spending all morning chasing covid ravaged students infecting each other. Hopefully we can keep it out of the workshops for two more weeks.

    Juicing diet has stopped - wife called me in for breakfast and she had made me boiled eggs saying this juicing isn’t for you / I won

    I hope the eggs were boiled in the fat still in the frying pan after cooking those bacon slices for you.

    DIY is an absolute pain. I've discovered the guys that built the house over 120yrs ago were as rough as fuxx. Certainly not chopping old plaster off walls ever again, some censored else does it next time.

    Buy a massive catapult, set fire to bike, catapult it into the buyer's garden. What could possibly go wrong?

    Dismantle it, saw up the frame into bits, take a sledgehammer to the wheels, then send it piece by piece in small jiffy bags?

    Should have ticked the "collection only" box really...

    I wouldn't trust them with bricks again either.
    Would be been quicker and cheaper to drive there with them myself.
