Accidentally Skipped Updating FTP Garmin 530

Just completed a ride, and had the option of updating my FTP, on my garmin edge 530. Accidentally I skipped this option. How do I now update my ftp, do I need to re upload the ride or something?

You do it from the app, Garmin Connect

but I didn't note down the numbers unfortunately , is there a way to see these updated numbers in connect?

you can see your highest 20 min power for the ride and base it on that, can't you? Pretty sure that's a figure in the connect app.

Go out and do the ride again.
