Got an email from a recruiter asking if i'm interested in a new role in the rail industry in the middle east working for a "highly reputable company". Maybe? Not great timing though with baby on the way.0 -

WS is a proper wind up merchant. Slippery as xxxx on way to station this morning, had to resort to the old codger style shuffle several times. Supposed to start de-icing on Sunday.

And the body still tries its best to form new blood vessels to bypass the damaged one, hence all the anti-VEGF injections to clamp down on the consequent increased scarring of the retina. This is all microns type activity but given where it is... Been mutterings of poss laser zap. Meanwhile good eye, bottom line on test perfect, top of the class better not fall back into the bad ways of its sibling. Then I'd be proper xxxxed. Hence the wearing of safety glasses rather than poseurs' Oakleys and the like.pinno said:

Fast pass through at my favourite clinic today: checked in, sight tested, injected and out in 15 minutes, Now I have my 48h do nothing embargo phase. Drinks still allowed though.

Wife's 20 year old nephew is being jabbed today.
